How to Say “All Is Well” in Hebrew – Ulpan La-Inyan

When people ask “how are you?” they typically hear a reply like “I’m fine” or “all’s good.” This goes for both English and Hebrew:
מה נשמע גלי? – הכול בסדר.
How are you Gali? – All’s well.
Sometimes people get really honest, as in this video studied in our Level 1 course.
In any case, Hebrew has several ways of expressing that all is under control. There’s הכול בסדר
– literally, everything is in order. There’s הכול טוב
– all is good. And there are more expressive variations, such as הכול דבש
– all is honey, as in:
מה קורה? יש חדש? – הכול דבש. אין חדש.
What’s going on? Any news? – All’s honey. No news.
