To send is לשלוח . Likewise, a delivery, as well as shipping – that which is sent – is משלוח .

For example:

כמה עולה המשלוח?

How much is the shipping?

Free in the sense of zero payment, in Hebrew, is חינם . Thus free delivery is משלוח חינם .

For example:

המשלוח חינם? / לא, הוא נוסף על המחיר.

Is the delivery free? / No, it’s added (on top of) the price.
