Today Israelis are voting for the local municipalities – הָרָשֻׁיּוֹת הַמְּקוֹמִיּוֹת listen and repeat.
 
The Hebrew word for local is מְקוֹמִי listen and repeat in the masculine and מְקוֹמִית listen and repeat in the feminine. These words are an adjective form of the noun מָקוֹם listen and repeat meaning place

They can also be nouns in their own right. For example:
 
אֲנִי לֹא יוֹדֵעַ אֵיפֹה הַקּוֹלְנוֹעַ. אֲנִי לֹא מְקוֹמִי.
