הָאֶחָד וְהַיָּחִיד
The English expression the one and only translates to Hebrew literally – הָאֶחָד וְהַיָּחִיד
listen and repeat when referring to a male, and הָאַחַת וְהַיְּחִידָה
listen and repeat when referring to a female.

For example:
אֲנִי שָׂמֵחַ לְהַצִּיג אֶת הָאַחַת וְהַיְּחִידָה, רִיטָה.
I’m happy to present (to you), the one and only, Rita.
Here’s one of my favorite songs, sung by Rita.
