The Hebrew word for wing is כנף – a pair of them is כנפיים . And like many other body parts that come in pairs, human or otherwise, the word is feminine:
יש לציפור הזאת כנפיים רחבות מאוד!
This bird has very wide wings!
You may know the word from the biblical expression כנפי נשרים – wings of eagles, which is also the name of a boulevard in Jerusalem which once functioned as a landing strip for small planes:
המשרד שלהם נמצא ברחוב כנפי נשרים.
Their office is located on Kanfei Nesharim (Wings of Eagles) Street.
