how to say “I’m living in…” in Hebrew
The common expression for to live as in to reside is לגור , a hollow simple verb.
I lived in the United States.
And לגור works for living at the moment as well:
Where are you (a male) living? / Where do you live?
But another word, the reflexive להתגורר , implies living somewhere temporarily.
At the moment we’re living at an absorption center, but in two months we’re moving to permanent housing.
