Efrat Shvily

Efrat lives in Jerusalem where she was born and raised. With a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oxford Efrat worked as a journalist, researcher and translator for the foreign press in Israel and later as coordinator of research groups at the Israel Institute for Advanced Studies, at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, all this parallel to her international artistic career as a photographer. Efrat lived outside Israel for a decade during which she was a teacher of Hebrew and English. It is her extensive experience that made her a believer in the audio-based learning of foreign languages.
