The Hebrew word for a coincidence is מקרה. This word also means situation or case, as in בכל מקרה – anyway / in any case.

Suppose your friend always consults you about what their daily lunch should be. You might suggest that they vary their meal: what they should eat depends on what they feel like eating on each particular day. Here you might use the expression כל מקרה לגופו – each case (feel like dairy, spicy, sushi today) its own.
Or, in the office:
אי אפשר לקבל החלטה גורפת לגבי כולם – צריך לטפל בכל מקרה לגופו.
It is impossible to make a blanket decision about everyone – each case must be dealt with on its own merits.
