When something is incredibly easy to do, we call it משחק ילדים
– literally, “child’s play.”
This is a classic construct state (סמיכות
) where we join two nouns together, with an invisible “of” in between them: משחק (של) ילדים
game (of) children.
In context:
בשבילו, לפתור את התקלה הזאת זה משחק ילדים.

For him, fixing this glitch is child’s play.
The expression משחק ילדים
– child’s play – is a Level 4 expression in the Ulpan La-Inyan system.
