דָּבִיק
If דבק
is
glue
, then something sticky or “gluey” is דביק
for something grammatically masculine and דביקה
for something feminine.
In context:
תיזהרו, מישהו שפך מיץ על הרצפה, היא ממש דביקה.
Be careful, someone spilled juice on the floor, it’s really sticky. (spoken to more than one person)
One could also describe a person as sticky or clingy using דביק
, as in:
אחרי הדייט הוא נהיה ממש דביק והתחיל לשלוח לה הודעות כל רבע שעה.
After the date he got really clingy and started sending her messages every fifteen minutes.
A more slangy version of דביק
or דביקה
to describe someone as clingy is דביקי
or דביקית
.
