On our Hebrew form we’ve seen first name, last name and email address. What about phone number?
Here you’ll see מספר טלפון
– literally, phone number, or מספר נייד
– mobile number.
But in a conversational context you’re more likely to hear simply נייד
, as in:
שלח לי הודעה, הנה הנייד שלי.
Send me a message, here’s my mobile (number). (spoken to a male)
Meaning “mobile,” נייד
also appears in מחשב נייד
– laptop, or “mobile” computer.
